No surge pricing, no waiting at the curb wondering where the car is, no chauffeur you haven’t been introduced to. These are the standards every ride is held to.
We monitor every arrival, including tail numbers for private aviation, and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Early or late, your chauffeur is there when you walk out.
Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name sign, takes the luggage and walks you to the car. Sixty minutes of wait time is included on international arrivals, thirty on domestic.
The price we confirm is the price you pay. No surge, no hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice, whether it is a short hop across Midtown or a long-distance run to Philadelphia.
Every chauffeur is personally interviewed by our team, background-checked, drug-tested and commercially licensed, trained in hospitality and discretion, and introduced to you before the ride.
If your chauffeur isn’t there 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, your next ride is free. Punctuality is the promise the company was founded on.

Yes. Every fare is quoted and confirmed in advance, and the price we confirm is the price you pay. There is no surge pricing. Gratuity is not included unless you ask us to add it.
A full refund more than 24 hours before pickup, a 50% fee within 24 hours, and the full fare within four hours or for a no-show. Weddings, events and corporate accounts may have their own terms, which we confirm in writing.
Yes. Child and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the ages of the children when you book and the car will be fitted before pickup.
