Yes. We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on vehicle availability. We recommend booking in advance for guaranteed service during peak hours and special events.

Absolutely. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text with your trip details, followed by your chauffeur’s details, vehicle information and pickup instructions before your ride.

Yes. We monitor flight arrivals in real time and adjust your pickup time accordingly at no charge, so your chauffeur is there when you arrive.

For airport pickups, 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, calculated from the actual landing time. Point-to-point rides include 15 minutes. Waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may be billed at posted rates.

We provide transportation to and from major airports including JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR), Teterboro (TEB), Westchester County (HPN) and Long Island MacArthur (ISP), plus Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO) and surrounding regional airports. See our airports page for details.

Fares are based on factors such as distance, travel time, vehicle selection, and service type. All quotes are provided in advance and confirmed before service, with no surge pricing — the quoted rate is the final rate. Tolls, parking fees and airport surcharges may apply and are disclosed in advance. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and corporate billing is available for business accounts.

Gratuity for chauffeurs is not included and is at your discretion.

Yes. You can choose from our premium fleet, including executive sedans, luxury SUVs, and spacious vehicles for groups — see the full fleet. Vehicle selection is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations less than 4 hours before pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare. Wedding, major event and corporate bookings may have their own terms.

Yes. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also offer reliable corporate transportation with customized solutions for business travelers and executive accounts.

Yes. All chauffeurs are commercially licensed, background-checked and drug-tested, and complete comprehensive training in hospitality, safety and discretion.

Yes, child car seats are available on request. Please let us know your children’s ages when booking so we can provide age-appropriate seats.

If your chauffeur isn’t there 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, your next ride is on us.

Yes. Our chauffeurs and staff are trained in strict confidentiality protocols, and NDA-protected service is available on request for sensitive travel arrangements.
