Entertainment Industry Transport, Built on Set
Our signature specialty — Hollywood-grade transportation for film crews, talent, and production teams. We understand wrap times, call sheets, and the unique scheduling demands of film and TV production. NDA-protected service available.
Transportation that runs on call time
Hollywood Luxury Black Car Service began in 2012 serving a handful of film productions, and production transportation is still the work we are built around. A shooting day rarely runs to plan — call times move, locations change, wrap comes early or runs long — so our chauffeurs work from the call sheet and stay flexible when it shifts.
Discretion is part of the job. Chauffeurs follow talent privacy protocols, NDA-protected service is available on request, and studio gate access is coordinated in advance so arrivals are smooth rather than stalled at security.
For larger moves — cast and crew between set and base camp, a press day or a premiere — we coordinate every vehicle from a single point of contact, from executive SUVs to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive for production crews.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer NDA-protected service?
Yes. NDA-protected service is available on request, and our chauffeurs and staff are trained in strict confidentiality protocols — we don’t disclose information about your travel, destinations or passengers.
Can you work around changing call and wrap times?
Yes. Wrap time flexibility is built into production bookings, and hourly hire (three-hour minimum) is often the best fit for days when the schedule is likely to move.
Where do you provide production transportation?
Across our service areas: New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
