Hollywood Luxury Black Car Service offers premium ground transportation and luxury chauffeur services, including airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding services, special events, hourly chauffeur hire, film production transportation, family services, and long-distance travel. Our NYC airport transportation and other services are available across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and select additional markets.
When making a reservation for our luxury chauffeur services, you agree to:

✦ Provide valid contact information including phone number and email
✦ Confirm flight numbers and travel details for NYC airport transportation pickups
✦ Specify accurate passenger and luggage counts
✦ Inform us of any special needs (child seats, accessibility, etc.) at the time of booking
✦ Be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
✦ Provide a valid credit card or approved payment method
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to behavior that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or endangers the safety of our chauffeurs or other passengers in our premium ground transportation.
Our pricing for luxury chauffeur services is based on vehicle type, distance, service duration, and applicable surcharges. We are committed to transparent pricing for our NYC airport transportation and premium ground transportation:

✦ No surge pricing — the quoted rate is the final rate
✦ Gratuity for chauffeurs is not included and is at customer discretion
✦ Tolls, parking fees, and airport surcharges may apply and will be disclosed in advance
✦ Additional stops or route changes may incur additional charges
✦ Waiting time beyond complimentary allowance may be billed at posted rates
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior corporate billing arrangements have been established. We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and approved electronic payment methods.
Standard Reservations for our luxury chauffeur services: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare.
Hourly Service: Our premium ground transportation options require a 3-hour minimum reservation and follow the same cancellation policy. Partial cancellations of multi-day bookings are subject to individual terms provided at booking.
Corporate Accounts: Customized cancellation terms may apply per individual corporate agreements, especially for NYC airport transportation arrangements.
Special Events: Wedding and major event bookings may have specific cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement, often requiring 7-14 days notice for a full refund.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

✦ Provide accurate information about minors, including age-appropriate car seat requirements
✦ Not engage in any illegal activity during transport
For our NYC airport transportation services, a cleaning fee of a minimum of $250 will be charged for excessive mess, vomit, smoking, or any other damage needing specialized cleaning. Damage repair costs will be billed at actual cost plus reasonable administrative fees as part of our premium ground transportation commitment.
For airport transfers, we monitor flight status in real-time using publicly available flight tracking data, ensuring a seamless experience with our luxury chauffeur services. Complimentary wait time is 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, calculated from the actual flight landing time. After the complimentary period, the wait time is billed at the posted hourly rate. Although we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, immigration, baggage claim, or other factors outside our control, we will adjust pickup times at no charge based on flight status, making our NYC airport transportation a reliable choice for your travel needs in premium ground transportation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hollywood Luxury Black Car Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our luxury chauffeur services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our luxury chauffeur services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Additionally, we are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles. However, we do make reasonable efforts to recover and return such items. For your NYC airport transportation needs or premium ground transportation, please keep this in mind when utilizing our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hollywood Luxury Black Car Service, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our luxury chauffeur services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights in relation to NYC airport transportation or premium ground transportation.
We understand the importance of confidentiality, especially for high-profile clients utilizing our luxury chauffeur services. Our chauffeurs and staff are trained in strict confidentiality protocols. For sensitive travel arrangements, we offer NDA-protected service upon request. We will not disclose information about your travel, destinations, or passengers, except as necessary to provide our premium ground transportation services, comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, major transportation infrastructure failures, or interruptions affecting luxury chauffeur services and NYC airport transportation, which are part of our premium ground transportation offerings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our luxury chauffeur services, including our NYC airport transportation and premium ground transportation offerings, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hollywood Luxury Black Car Service regarding your use of our luxury chauffeur services, including our NYC airport transportation and premium ground transportation offerings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email to active customers using our luxury chauffeur services. Your continued use of our premium ground transportation services, including NYC airport transportation, after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
